The Lake Court Center is owned and maintained by the RCD for the use of the property owners within it's taxing district. The building,
which is located on the lake and has a playground area beside it's parking lot, was built with the aid of both local property owners associations.
It is available to be rented for private use with an occupancy rating of
335 standing room or 157 with the tables and chairs set up. The building is fully heated and air conditioned and offers a kitchen with appliances.

Option 2: More than 4 hours Rental: $100.00

*If Option 1 users exceed the 4-hour limit, the $100 rental fee will apply.
